Sales Call Center Manager

About the role

ST Media is seeking an energetic Sales Call Center Manager to lead its sales shift, allocate leads, and drive performance across a dynamic team. You will be responsible for maintaining high motivation, ensuring daily and monthly sales targets are met, and fostering a professional yet supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the sales shift schedule and assign leads to representatives.
• Encourage and coach sales representatives to achieve daily and monthly goals.
• Maintain high energy and a positive atmosphere throughout each shift.
• Oversee the professional and personal development of the sales team.
• Coordinate a 5‑day work week (Sun‑Thu or Mon‑Fri) with standard hours 10:00‑19:00 and shortened Fridays (10:00‑15:00).

Required profile

• Native or fluent English speaker.
• Previous experience managing a call center.
• Experience in immigration sales or online sales management.
• Highly motivated and driven to succeed.
