Sales & Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for motivated, customer‑oriented Sales & Service Representatives to promote insurance and lending solutions at our kiosks in Riviere du Rempart Mall, Tribeca Mall and Rose Belle Mall, Mauritius.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales and service activities for insurance and lending products.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Achieve targets related to customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong long‑term client relationships.
• Conduct customer due diligence (KYC) to ensure smooth onboarding and regulatory compliance.
• Provide continuous client support and follow‑up to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• At least HSC or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or commercial roles.
• Willingness to work on a shift basis including weekends.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused with a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Experience in insurance, micro‑finance, or financial services is an advantage.
• Professional integrity.
