Senior Administrator

About the role

Join a dynamic Capital Markets team and play a key role in supporting a diverse portfolio of debt structures and securitisation vehicles. You will work closely with clients, advisers, financial institutions and internal specialists to manage the full client lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing entity management and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new clients and structures, including entity establishment, service agreements, banking arrangements and due‑diligence activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, advisers and internal stakeholders, delivering a high standard of service.
• Coordinate corporate administration activities and ensure accurate record‑keeping throughout the client lifecycle.
• Prepare board packs, coordinate meetings and maintain corporate governance documentation.
• Attend client meetings, take minutes and produce related documentation.
• Manage day‑to‑day client administration tasks and ensure timely execution of service requests.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client onboarding, corporate administration and governance support within a financial services environment.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with clients, advisers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client portfolios.
