Senior DevOps Engineer – CI/CD Automation & Platform Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation and operation of our enterprise CI/CD platform. You will work across multiple engineering teams to deliver resilient, automated pipelines and platform services that enable fast and secure software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, build and maintain GitLab CI/CD platforms, modular pipeline templates, container stack images and isolated runner environments.
• Develop and evolve platform capabilities as an internal product, providing clear ownership, documentation and lifecycle management.
• Automate infrastructure and configuration using Terraform, Helm, GitOps and scripting languages such as Python, Bash or PowerShell.
• Enforce security and access controls, including least‑privilege policies, secret management and artifact provenance.
• Participate in incident response (P1/P2), conduct blameless post‑mortems and continuously improve runbooks and diagnostic procedures.
• Support feature and system teams through pairing, technical enablement, architecture decision records and Golden Path documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on DevOps or CI/CD experience in production‑critical enterprise environments.
• Strong communication skills in English and a collaborative, problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and inspire teams with a “yes, we can” attitude.

Required skills

• GitLab CI/CD and GitLab Runners (or willingness to ramp up).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, Helm, GitOps.
• Scripting languages: Python, Bash, PowerShell.
• Containers and Kubernetes concepts, IAM, networking and secret management.
