Senior HR Delivery Partner (Tier 2 Multi‑Country Support)

About the role

The Senior HR Delivery Partner (HRDP) provides Tier 2 HR support for complex, cross‑border cases across multiple countries or a region. Acting as the operational HR contact, the HRDP ensures compliant service delivery, manages escalations, and partners with local HR teams and Centers of Excellence to align with global strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as Tier 2 point of contact for employee and manager inquiries, delivering expert guidance on country‑specific employment laws, benefits, and HR programs.
• Coordinate regional HR processes that require local expertise, ensuring statutory compliance and accurate documentation.
• Manage escalated employee‑relations cases, performance‑improvement plans, investigations, and off‑boarding activities in line with legal and cultural requirements.
• Support benefit enrollment cycles, vendor coordination, and employee communications in partnership with Total Rewards and COEs.
• Maintain compliance with local labor regulations, social‑security filings, and audit requirements; prepare reports for labor inspections or works councils.
• Identify and implement continuous‑improvement opportunities, contribute to global HR knowledge bases, and help localize HR programs.
