Senior Manager Cyber Security

About the role

The Senior Manager Cyber Security leads the delivery of security services across all company entities. Reporting to the Group CISO at the Switzerland headquarters, the role is responsible for building and managing a team of Security Engineers and Specialists while executing the Group Security Strategy locally.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, train, and lead a multidisciplinary security team.
• Provide IT security advisory services, including architecture design, change validation, firewall rule reviews and documentation.
• Manage vulnerability management processes: monitoring, hardening, scanning and patching.
• Coordinate and conduct penetration tests.
• Oversee security incident management: assessment, resolution, escalation and dispatch.
• Design, develop, implement and monitor security controls such as ISO 27001 and PCI DSS.
• Administer the Group ISMS and lead internal and external audit activities.
• Perform cyber‑security risk assessments and drive risk mitigation.
• Take local responsibility for Business Continuity Planning, facilities security and safety.

Required profile

• Degree in IT Security or Computer Science with a strong security focus.
• 8‑10 years of overall IT experience, including at least 7 years in information security.
• 3‑5 years of line‑management experience, with a proven track record of building teams.
• Experience in multinational, preferably IT‑focused, organisations.
• Professional security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are required.
