Senior Platform & Infrastructure Engineer (CI/CD, Cloud DB & SRE)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Platform & Infrastructure Engineer who will help build resilient, enterprise‑grade platforms. You will focus on either CI/CD automation or observability/SRE, while sharing a solid foundation in both areas and growing into the complementary discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain internal platform products used by multiple engineering teams.
• Automate infrastructure and configuration using IaC tools (Terraform, Helm, GitOps) and scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Enforce security boundaries, least‑privilege access, secret management and artifact provenance.
• Participate in incident response (P1/P2), conduct blameless post‑mortems and improve runbooks.
• Empower feature teams through pairing, technical enablement, architecture decision records and Golden Path documentation.
• Specialised focus – either architect enterprise CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, modular templates, container images, runner isolation) or build observability solutions (OpenTelemetry, Grafana Cloud, Dynatrace, SLI/SLO/Error‑budget frameworks).

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, CI/CD or SRE within production‑critical enterprise environments.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Practical knowledge of IaC (Terraform or Helm) and at least one scripting language.
• Experience with a major cloud provider, preferably Microsoft Azure, and solid understanding of IAM, networking and secret management.
• Comfortable with containers and Kubernetes concepts.
• Excellent problem‑solving, systems‑thinking and collaborative attitude.
