Senior Specialist – Technical Projects & Systems Integration

About the role

Rent A Sign is seeking a resourceful Senior Specialist to lead technical projects and systems integration across its OOH and DOOH business. You will turn ideas, operational challenges and unfamiliar technologies into practical, scalable solutions that improve how the company delivers digital signage and related services.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of ERP‑related integrations, digital signage, audience measurement, solar initiatives, and print‑production technologies.
• Research emerging technologies, evaluate commercial and technical options, and run pilot programmes.
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers, manage project timelines, and ensure successful rollout, adoption and handover.
• Document project outcomes and provide training or support to operational teams.

Required profile

• Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and ask the right questions.
• Strong analytical mindset with the capacity to compare technical and commercial solutions.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with limited supervision.
• Experience working in a small, collaborative team environment.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP integration projects.
• Familiarity with digital signage hardware and software ecosystems.
• Understanding of audience measurement tools and solar energy initiatives.
• Knowledge of print‑production equipment and media player technologies.
