Shift Manager – Call Center

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to lead our call‑center sales team at ST MEDIA’s new office in Cybercity, Ébène. Reporting to the Department Manager, you will work alongside other Shift Managers to keep the team energized, meet sales targets and maintain high productivity throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the sales team and ensure smooth operation of the shift.
• Assign and distribute leads efficiently to maximize conversion.
• Motivate representatives to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain high performance and productivity levels during the shift.
• Provide professional and personal support to sales staff.
• Monitor team performance, analyse results and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with fellow Shift Managers and report progress to the Department Manager.

Required profile

• Fluent French for all sales activities and working proficiency in English for internal processes.
• Proven experience managing sales teams or working as a sales representative in a call‑center or telemarketing environment.
• Energetic, target‑driven and confident on the phone.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
