Social Analyst – Paid Social (L2)

About the role

Publicis Global Delivery is seeking a Social Analyst (L2) to join its Paid Social team in Mauritius. You will be responsible for setting up, managing, optimizing, and reporting on social media campaigns across a variety of platforms, working closely with onshore teams to meet client objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Independently set up and launch campaigns based on briefs.
• Manage, monitor, and optimize campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit and other channels.
• Track performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Conduct post‑campaign analyses and generate actionable insights.
• Prepare and present performance analyses, optimization recommendations, and support MBR/QBR client presentations.
• Create reports and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, Data Studio and Power BI.
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in client‑facing discussions regarding pacing and KPI delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns across major platforms.
• Strong knowledge of campaign setup, optimization and performance analysis.
• Solid understanding of channel‑specific KPIs and digital marketing metrics.
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable presenting in client‑facing meetings.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
