Workforce Planning Analyst

About the role

The Workforce Planning Analyst will design and manage staffing plans, schedules and rostering solutions that match service demand and operational needs. You will turn data into actionable insights, support resourcing strategies and help optimise workforce performance across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workforce plans, schedules and rostering models aligned with operational requirements.
• Analyse staffing trends, headcount, performance metrics and workforce costs to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Partner with managers and stakeholders to support talent deployment and optimisation.
• Produce reporting, dashboards and performance analyses for operational and strategic decision‑making.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and workforce‑management projects.
• Maintain client reporting platforms and ensure high‑quality data for internal and external audiences.
• Support change‑management and global projects through planning, coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in workforce planning, workforce management, business analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Experience in an operational or customer‑service environment, preferably healthcare, assistance or contact‑centre settings.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and make sound decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail, organisational and time‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with reporting and dashboard tools.
• Knowledge of workforce management systems and CRM platforms (advantageous).
