About the role
Ecodis Ltée is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Admin & Accounts Clerk to support its daily administrative and accounting operations on a full‑time basis in Mauritius. The role involves handling cash, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth financial workflows across the company’s distribution network.
Key responsibilities
- Handle petty cash and perform day‑to‑day administrative duties.
- Maintain accurate financial and operational records.
- Monitor payments, customer accounts, and manage credit control activities.
- Assist with accounting and finance functions, including invoicing and reconciliations.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Required profile
- Proficiency in credit control and account follow‑up.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Experience in importation, distribution, or logistics is an advantage.
- Minimum qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required skills
- Knowledge of accounting software (Sage is a plus).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
