Senior Officer, Business Implementation

About the role

The Business Implementation Senior Officer will lead the onboarding of Alternative Investment Fund clients across multiple asset classes, ensuring a seamless transition from proposal to operational hand‑over while delivering an excellent client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and coordination of fee proposals and RFP submissions for alternative investment funds covering real estate, private equity, debt and infrastructure.
• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process, including AML/KYC reviews, compliance approvals, bank account openings, legal documentation, service agreements and regulatory filings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining regular communication and attending key meetings.
• Oversee day‑to‑day team operations, provide coaching, and serve as the first escalation point for onboarding challenges.
• Collaborate with the Head of Team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and team effectiveness.

Required profile

• Proven experience in onboarding Alternative Investment Fund clients across multiple asset classes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coach a dedicated onboarding team.
• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC, compliance procedures, and regulatory filing requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
