About the role
Join Dayforce’s Reporting team as an Application Specialist, providing top‑notch support for Dayforce Reporting & Analytics features. You will work with global customers, helping them resolve incidents, customize solutions, and navigate diverse legislative and technical environments.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver rapid response and resolution to incidents using technical and functional expertise.
- Develop and deliver customized reporting solutions according to schedules and standards.
- Program and script tasks as needed, and document actions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure task completion and meet productivity and quality KPIs.
- Identify risks and challenges, escalating to senior colleagues and management.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and contribute to the support knowledge base.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in an IT‑related field.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; French is a plus.
- Team‑oriented, proactive, and focused on quality.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SQL and SQL Server.
- Experience with XML and XSLT.
- Understanding of Power BI and DAX (advantageous).
- Knowledge of software development concepts and lifecycles.
- Programming experience is a plus.
