About the role
The Assistant Fund Administrator will support the day‑to‑day operation and servicing of a portfolio of fund clients, primarily in property, private equity and alternative fund structures. Reporting to the Fund Administration Manager, the role works closely with fund accountants and senior directors to ensure smooth administration and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate accurately and promptly with clients and professional advisers to manage and administer fund structures.
- Maintain offshore management and control processes, ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to oversee bookkeeping and accounting of all transactions, especially investment transactions.
- Follow established procedures and meet service level agreements and performance objectives for assigned clients.
Required profile
- Degree holder or partially qualified professional working towards a fund administration or accounting qualification.
- Strong practical knowledge of property, private equity and alternative fund administration.
- Proactive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Awareness of offshore structures and corporate governance requirements.
