About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to support Directors and Senior Managers in delivering world‑class fund administration services. You will manage a portfolio of clients, oversee a team, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory policies.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure the team provides high‑quality fund administration in line with Ocorian’s processes and regulatory requirements.
- Respond promptly to client queries and deliver appropriate solutions within defined timeframes.
- Educate team members on client businesses to improve service delivery.
- Participate in projects aimed at enhancing client delivery and operational efficiency.
- Motivate, engage, and communicate effectively with employees, setting and monitoring KPIs.
- Identify training needs, support recruitment, conduct appraisals, and manage performance issues with HR guidance.
Required profile
- Experience supporting senior managers and managing a client portfolio in fund administration.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial services sector.
