Bellman – Guest Services & Luggage Assistant

About the role

The Bellman provides front‑line guest services at Constance Le Chaland, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for all visitors. Working closely with the senior porter and concierge team, you will handle luggage, reservations, excursions and maintain the public areas of the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, report arrivals/departures and assist with luggage handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the lobby, luggage room, departure lounge and other public spaces.
• Assist guests with restaurant reservations, tour bookings, car hire and beach‑towel stock.
• Deliver messages, parcels and operate the club car in accordance with hotel policy.
• Support other departments when needed and respond promptly to guest issues.
• Follow health, safety and environmental procedures, report defects and ensure fire exits are accessible.
• Adhere to budget guidelines, handle company funds responsibly and report any irregularities.

Required profile

• Middle or secondary education with relevant training or certificates.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language (spoken and written).
• Physical stamina and a professional attitude.
