Business Analyst

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Business Analyst to support the use of banking financial tools across its client base. You will act as the bridge between business users and the IT team, ensuring smooth operation of accounting applications and delivering actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Provide usage and support for banking financial tools to key users.
• Configure business parameters within the accounting application.
• Gather business requirements and produce functional specifications for the IT team.
• Perform end‑user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate solutions.
• Facilitate communication between clients, end users, and technical teams.
• Participate in project management activities and act as a key user for the accounting system.

Required profile

• Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting or a related field with IT exposure.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Business Analyst role, software development lifecycle, or IT environment.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving setting.
• Strong leadership, written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
