About the role
Apex Group is seeking a Senior Associate 2 to support its global fund administration and middle‑office services. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate record‑keeping, statutory compliance, and high‑quality deliverables.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain proper records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Convene director/shareholder meetings, prepare board papers, and verify minutes.
- Ensure final client deliverables are accurate and of high quality.
- Manage certification, notarisation, apostillation, and consularisation of documents.
- Open and maintain bank accounts, initiate transfers, and liaise with banks.
- Perform day‑to‑day tasks promptly, including task monitoring.
- Handle statutory filings with FSC, ROC, and other bodies.
- Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) per AML code and keep CDD lists updated.
- Coordinate team members effectively to meet deadlines.
Required profile
- 4‑5 years of experience in the global business sector or an audit firm.
- Degree holder or substantial progress toward ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
- Client‑service mindset with strong written and spoken communication.
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
