About the role
The Cards Operations Support role assists the Issuing team in handling all credit‑card‑related operational tasks. The position requires accurate execution of duties within set deadlines and service level agreements while providing excellent service to both internal and external customers.
Key responsibilities
- Follow all Cards Operations policies and confidentiality guidelines.
- Use checklists to ensure tasks at various counters are completed accurately and on time.
- Act as a problem‑solver and provide clear information on Cim Finance Cards & Payments products.
- Collect and report customer feedback, issues, and complaints.
- Maintain a customer‑centric attitude in all interactions.
- Conduct customer surveys at counters and participate in issuing campaigns, initiatives, and roadshows.
- Perform additional frontline or back‑office duties as required.
Required profile
- Minimum Higher School Certificate (HSC).
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar industry.
- Strong quality of communication and feedback collection.
- Consistent success rate across assigned tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
