Customer Service Representative – Back Office (Plaine Wilhems)

About the role

We are seeking a professional, client‑focused Customer Service Representative to join our back‑office team at the Plaine Wilhems branches. In this role you will handle inbound inquiries, resolve complaints, perform due diligence and ensure compliance with administrative procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming client service requests using prescribed techniques and knowledge.
• Capture and prioritize client complaints, escalating urgent cases for immediate attention.
• Conduct customer due diligence for smooth onboarding and risk classification.
• Ensure strict adherence to administrative and compliance procedures.
• Monitor client profiles on an ongoing basis.
• Register payments, issue receipts and allocate them to the appropriate company and client accounts.
• Make outbound calls to maintain client relationships, aiming for retention and repeat purchases.

Required profile

• GCE A level with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to high service standards.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of insurance, lending or micro‑finance is an advantage.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
