Executive - Corporate Administrator

About the role

The Executive Corporate Administrator will support the Board and senior management by ensuring smooth governance processes, statutory compliance and accurate financial reporting for client companies operating in Mauritius. This role combines administrative oversight with finance and compliance responsibilities, acting as a key liaison between the company, regulators and external service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Organise Board meetings, prepare and distribute Board packs, and record minutes and resolutions.
• Maintain statutory registers, file required documents with the Registrar of Companies and ensure ongoing compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct due‑diligence activities in line with Mauritian regulations and respond to compliance queries from authorities such as the FSC, MRA and ROC.
• Oversee client operations including opening and monitoring bank, custodian and broker accounts, processing payment instructions and handling queries from financial institutions.
• Maintain bookkeeping records, prepare financial statements and coordinate with external auditors.
• Assist senior staff in gathering information for management reporting and statutory surveys.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the reporting line.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Administration or an equivalent qualification.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar role within a global business environment.
• Strong knowledge of Mauritian corporate law, regulatory compliance and statutory filing requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple compliance deadlines.
