Associate Executive

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Executive to join our Apex Financial Services (Mauritius) Ltd team. Working under the supervision of the Operations Unit‑Head, you will support the delivery of high‑quality fund administration services to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Prepare and review client deliverables to ensure 100 % quality and accuracy.
• Open and manage bank accounts and handle day‑to‑day banking tasks.
• File statutory returns with the FSC, ROC and other regulatory bodies and keep statutory registers up to date.
• Organise directors’ and shareholders’ meetings, draft board papers and take minutes.
• Coordinate certification, notarisation, apostille and consularisation of documents.
• Index and file executed agreements and related documents.
• Conduct customer due‑diligence checks in accordance with AML regulations.
• Perform any ad‑hoc tasks assigned by senior staff.

Required profile

• 0–1 years of experience in the global business sector or an audit firm (advantageous).
• University degree from a recognised institution.
• Currently pursuing ACCA or ACA professional qualifications.
• Strong client‑service orientation and excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload and work under pressure.
• Organised, goal‑oriented team player with a quick learning attitude.
