Executive – Fund Administration & Compliance

About the role
The Executive will support Apex Group’s fund administration and middle‑office services by ensuring accurate record‑keeping, regulatory compliance and high‑quality client deliverables. You will work closely with directors, shareholders and audit teams to maintain seamless operations across multiple jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain proper records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Convene director/shareholder meetings, prepare board papers and verify minutes.
- Prepare accounts, tax computations and liaise with auditors.
- Ensure final client deliverables are accurate and of high quality.
- Handle certification, notarisation, apostillation and consularisation of documents.
- Manage bank account activities, including openings, transfers and correspondence.
- Prepare and file statutory returns (annual, APS, PAYE, TDS, VAT, Indian tax) within deadlines.
- Address tax queries, interact with tax authorities and statutory bodies.
- Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) in line with AML requirements.
- Coordinate and monitor the work of team members to meet tight deadlines.
Required profile
- 3‑4 years of experience in the global business sector or an audit firm.
- Degree or substantial progress toward ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
- Strong client‑service mindset and excellent written and spoken communication.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
- Organised, goal‑oriented team player with a quick learning ability.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
