Floor Supervisor (Luxury Resort)

About the role

Constance Prince Maurice, a 5‑star resort in Mauritius, is looking for a motivated Floor Supervisor to ensure exceptional guest experiences across its dining and hospitality areas. You will lead a team, maintain high service standards, and uphold safety and quality throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning and maintenance of equipment, reporting any defects immediately.
• Eliminate work hazards and ensure compliance with safety and fire regulations.
• Oversee employee appearance, conduct, and cooperation.
• Maintain adequate stock of guest amenities, chemicals, and other departmental items.
• Train and coach subordinates to improve quality and productivity.
• Check completed work to guarantee quality standards.
• Maintain effective communication with other departments and uphold procedural compliance.

Required profile

• NC3 in Housekeeping or a comparable qualification.
• 2‑3 years of supervisory experience in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal.
• Strong team player with the ability to build effective employee relationships.

Required skills

• Cleaning equipment operation.
• Chemical handling and safety knowledge.
