Full Stack Software Engineer

About the role

EasyPay is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join its team in Quatre Bornes. The role focuses on developing and enhancing the company’s web‑based payroll and HR platform, and it is a fully on‑site position.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain new and existing features of the payroll platform.
• Write clean, secure, well‑tested code with an emphasis on performance and scalability.
• Work closely with product and support teams to turn client requirements into technical solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues quickly.
• Participate in code reviews and help improve engineering best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a software developer with a backend focus.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working across the full stack when needed.

Required skills

• C# and ASP.NET Core (or any comparable OOP language).
• Relational databases and SQL.
• JavaScript, jQuery and modern frontend frameworks.
