Senior Salesforce Developer (Bilingual French/English)

About the role

Magellan is looking for a bilingual Senior Salesforce Developer to lead technical delivery on a variety of client projects. The position combines functional analysis, solution design, effort estimation, client interaction and mentorship of junior developers within a fast‑moving consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse user requirements and design tailored Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
• Estimate development effort, plan sprints and ensure timely delivery of new features.
• Participate in client meetings to gather requirements, present technical proposals and manage expectations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new Salesforce releases and propose improvements that add business value.
• Mentor junior developers, lead technical workshops and promote best practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business or engineering school.
• Extensive experience with at least four Salesforce clouds.
• Fluent in both French and English, with strong communication skills.
• Proactive attitude, able to anticipate risks and drive projects forward.
• Passion for continuous learning and technology watch in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Required skills

• Salesforce platform expertise (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Lightning Web Runtime).
• No‑code configuration: data model, page layouts, Lightning Record Pages, Flows, user experience design.
• Salesforce APIs for system integration.
• CI/CD tools such as SFDX, CIDX, Gearset, Bitbucket, Copado.
