Senior Salesforce Developer (M/F)

About the role

Magellan is seeking a bilingual Senior Salesforce Developer to join multidisciplinary teams working on high‑impact transformation projects. You will analyse user requirements, design tailored solutions on the Salesforce platform, and mentor junior developers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse user requirements and propose Salesforce solutions.
• Estimate effort for new feature development.
• Participate in client meetings to gather requirements and present technical solutions.
• Anticipate project risks and ensure smooth delivery.
• Stay updated on new Salesforce features and suggest improvements.
• Mentor junior developers and lead technical workshops.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a business or engineering school.
• Bilingual French and English communication skills.
• Experience in functional analysis, effort estimation, and client relationship management.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of four Salesforce clouds.
• No‑code configuration: data model, layouts, Lightning Record Pages, flows, user experiences.
• Salesforce development: Apex, Visualforce, LWC/LWR.
• Salesforce APIs for system integration.
• Proficiency with at least two CI/CD tools (e.g., SFDX, Gearset, Bitbucket, Copado).
