Full-Time Faculty – Entrepreneurial Leadership & International Business

About the role

The African Leadership University seeks an entrepreneurial educator‑practitioner to teach and mentor students in two complementary programmes: Entrepreneurial Leadership and International Business & Trade. This full‑time faculty position blends hands‑on, experiential teaching with curriculum development.

Key responsibilities

• Teach and mentor students in the BSc (Hons) Entrepreneurial Leadership and BSc (Hons) International Business and Trade programmes.
• Design, develop and continuously update curriculum and learning materials to reflect emerging market trends and venture‑building practices.
• Guide students through hands‑on projects, venture testing, and real‑world trade challenges.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to evolve programme structure and ensure academic rigor.

Required profile

• Demonstrated entrepreneurial or industry experience relevant to entrepreneurship, leadership, international business or trade.
• Strong academic background, preferably with a graduate degree in a related field.
• Passion for experiential, practice‑oriented teaching and student mentorship.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, mission‑driven environment.
