German-speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our Learning Consultant team. You will be the primary point of contact for learners, helping them navigate our language training platform and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of goFLUENT products and services and explain them to new learners.
• Respond to learner inquiries via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Coordinate efficiently with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Proactively call students to encourage full use of available resources.
• Identify and suggest improvements to internal procedures and response quality.

Required profile

• Native German speaker with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• At least 1 year of successful experience in customer support.
• Empathetic, organized, adaptable, autonomous and able to handle complex conversations.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Proficiency with Google Docs.
• Proficiency with Open Office.
