About the role

The Housekeeping Coordinator supports the Housekeeping Department at Constance Le Chaland, ensuring smooth operations, accurate reporting and excellent guest service in a luxury resort environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage reports, keys and all administrative procedures for the Housekeeping Department.
  • Coordinate guest requests, supplier requisitions and inter‑departmental communication.
  • Maintain daily records, stock of guest supplies, lost‑and‑found items and office cleanliness.
  • Prepare monthly reports, time‑sheets, attendance records and assist the Executive Housekeeper with paperwork.

Required profile

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the hotel industry, preferably in a luxury resort.
  • Secondary education with additional training or certificates in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Strong organisational, time‑management and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered an advantage.

Required skills

  • Computer literate (ability to use standard office software).
  • Good knowledge of housekeeping operations and procedures.
