HR Administration & Payroll Specialist

About the role

DHL is seeking an HR Administration & Payroll Specialist to join its global HR Services team. You will support the delivery of payroll, time‑and‑attendance, and employee data administration for a diverse workforce across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Administer assigned HR administration and payroll processes, meeting delivery timelines and quality standards.
• Identify recurring errors, resolve them, and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Support team members with operational issues related to HR services.
• Maintain reports and data in line with established standards and guidelines.
• Gather feedback from HR partners and employees, sharing insights with the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, HR certification, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of payroll experience; experience supporting African countries is a plus.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
• Good understanding of talent management, compensation & benefits, and employee/industrial relations.
• Experience leading or coordinating small teams and a strong customer‑oriented mindset.
