Ongoing Assurance Analyst

About the role

Trident Trust is looking for an Ongoing Assurance Analyst to join its global Assurance team in Mauritius. The role supports the delivery of assurance reviews across Trident’s Asia‑Pacific offices and reports to the Group Head of Risk, Audit & Compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Ongoing Assurance reviews in line with the approved annual plan and quality standards.
• Plan and research monitoring areas, including office policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Document test results, complete work papers and test scripts.
• Escalate any issues identified during testing to Group Audit, Risk & Compliance.
• Produce factual summary reports highlighting issues and recommended mitigation actions.
• Follow up on agreed actions to ensure full implementation and risk reduction.
• Support the creation of Management Information reports for senior stakeholders.
• Maintain effective relationships with business management across all Trident offices.
