Outdoor Sales Executive – Sports Equipment

About the role
The Outdoor Sales Executive will drive revenue growth for Emcar Sports by prospecting, promoting and selling sports equipment, accessories and related solutions to a variety of customers including schools, clubs, gyms, hotels and corporate organisations. The role is field‑based, requiring strong relationship building and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outdoor/field sales activities to showcase Emcar Sports products.
- Identify, prospect and secure new clients across educational, fitness, hospitality and corporate sectors.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demos and quotations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain long‑term relationships with existing customers, providing advice and handling complaints.
- Identify tender opportunities, assist with submissions and coordinate project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide feedback on customer needs.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Submit weekly activity reports and monthly sales forecasts.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- 3‑5 years of outdoor/field sales experience, preferably in sports equipment or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience using CRM or sales management systems.
