About the role

The Residences Housekeeping Supervisor leads the daily housekeeping operations for the luxury residences at Four Seasons Mauritius. This role ensures that all villas and suites meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, delivering an exceptional experience for residents, homeowners, and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day housekeeping activities within the resort residences.
• Assist the Housekeeping Manager in executing operational requirements.
• Supervise and support Residence Attendants to maintain consistent departmental standards.
• Provide training and act as a role model, promoting teamwork and excellence.
• Attend scheduled training sessions and departmental meetings.
• Deliver operational, employee, and guest‑related feedback to management.
• Demonstrate professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality in all interactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in housekeeping operations within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to train and mentor staff effectively.
