About the role
As a Server at Four Seasons' luxury resort on the east coast of Mauritius, you will create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive, professional service in a stunning beachfront setting.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve dishes and drinks following Four Seasons service standards, including proper sequencing, plating, and wine service.
- Anticipate guest needs, handle special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergies.
- Maintain constant communication with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
- Check back with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction.
- Set up dining areas with correct table settings, glassware, cutlery, and décor.
- Keep the service area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Process bills, handle payments, and ensure accurate billing.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including HACCP standards.
Required profile
- Professional and friendly demeanor with a passion for hospitality.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest preferences.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, luxury environment.
Required skills
