Restaurant Server – Luxury Resort

About the role

As a Server at Four Seasons' luxury resort on the east coast of Mauritius, you will create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive, professional service in a stunning beachfront setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus with recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve dishes and drinks following Four Seasons service standards, including proper sequencing, plating, and wine service.
• Anticipate guest needs, handle special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergies.
• Maintain constant communication with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service.
• Check back with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction.
• Set up dining areas with correct table settings, glassware, cutlery, and décor.
• Keep the service area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Process bills, handle payments, and ensure accurate billing.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including HACCP standards.
