Sales Consultant – Payments Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Consultant to drive revenue growth by acquiring new customers in the payments and digital transaction space. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build strong client relationships, and represent our brand with professionalism and integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Build and qualify a robust pipeline of prospects within the assigned territory.
• Promote the HPS brand and raise awareness of our payment solutions.
• Deliver compelling value propositions through presentations and proposals.
• Lead negotiations from initial contact through to contract closure.
• Collaborate with internal project, legal and other teams throughout the sales cycle.
• Ensure smooth handover to account management and project teams after closing.
• Develop and execute a territory‑specific sales strategy and report results to the Sales Director.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in the payments industry or related financial services.
• Strong understanding of card issuing, acquiring and digital payment ecosystems.
• Proven track record in sales strategy, account management and achieving targets.
• Excellent networking and relationship‑building skills with banks, fintechs or merchants.
• Strong negotiation and deal‑closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple clients and deliver results in a competitive environment.
