Social Media Executive

About the role

The Social Media Executive will lead Groupe Saint Aubin’s digital presence across key platforms, ensuring engaging content, consistent branding, and measurable performance. This role combines community management, content creation, and paid campaign optimisation to drive audience growth and brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and moderate the company’s Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts, handling community interactions and messages.
• Create, adapt, and publish compelling captions, visuals, videos, and reels in line with brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar in collaboration with internal teams.
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid digital campaigns within allocated budgets.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse KPIs, and produce monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Stay informed on digital trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Experience handling multi‑brand or group portfolios is a strong advantage.
• Strong writing ability in English and French; Creole is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta Business Suite.
• Deep knowledge of major social media platforms and community management.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and analytical thinking.
