About the role
As a member of the Personalisation team at Rank Interactive, you will help shape and execute the company’s Personalisation and A/B testing strategy. The role focuses on translating data insights and business goals into clear test hypotheses, briefs, and post‑launch analysis to improve digital experiences, engagement and revenue across the portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Senior Personalisation Manager in leveraging data, insights and industry best practices to build high‑impact test hypotheses and strategies.
- Create robust, easily understood briefs for developers, content creators and QA teams, ensuring accurate execution of personalisation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Design and other internal teams to align objectives and run optimised tests without issues.
- Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders, presenting results and findings to drive awareness and capability growth.
- Monitor test quality and tracking, ensuring launches reach the correct customer segments and promptly raising any issues.
Required profile
- Hands‑on knowledge of testing methodologies and a technical mindset.
- Strong ability to write clear, logical briefs and result reports.
- Motivation to identify new optimisation opportunities.
- Proven relationship‑building skills with internal and external partners.
- Energetic team player with a passion for detail, data and optimisation.
