Team Leader - Medical Equipment

About the role

HealthActiv is seeking a results‑driven Team Leader to translate strategy into impact and build long‑term value in the medical technology market. You will lead a team of Product Sales Representatives, develop sales strategies, and manage key accounts across public and private healthcare sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Drive performance by leading and coaching a team of Product Sales Representatives to achieve commercial targets.
• Lead the development and execution of sales strategies for medical technologies in public and private markets.
• Oversee and grow strategic accounts within hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
• Manage the full tender lifecycle, from preparation through submission and follow‑up.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
• Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders by delivering solutions aligned with client needs.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for customers and internal teams.
• Lead market intelligence initiatives to expand presence and strengthen strategic partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and governance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare or related sales, preferably with medical equipment commercialization.
• Strong team leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation and clear, impactful communication skills.
• Strategic, results‑driven mindset with strong business acumen.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.
• Valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
