Technical Network Engineer (TSC)

About the role

Orange Business is looking for a skilled Technical Network Engineer (TSC) to design, configure, and support client networks. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver reliable, high‑performance network solutions while ensuring excellent service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with various entities to deliver client‑requested services.
• Prepare, validate, and implement configurations for routers and switches.
• Escalate incorrect configurations to the appropriate department.
• Provide clear instructions to first‑level support and resolve complex incidents.
• Analyze and troubleshoot standard and complex network incidents and changes.
• Restore services promptly after outages.
• Participate in continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Handle routine administration tasks such as user and service management, SLA analysis, and incident documentation.
• Lead incident investigations and support root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Degree (Bac+2/+3) in Networking, Communications, IT or a related engineering field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT or telecom environments.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Cisco networking equipment.
• Juniper networking equipment.
• CCNA or CCNP certification (or equivalent knowledge).
• Router and switch configuration.
• Network troubleshooting.
