Senior Incubation Architect

About the role

Orange Business is looking for a Senior Incubation Architect to lead the design and delivery of innovative telecom solutions. You will work autonomously within the Global Delivery and Operations department, turning early‑stage ideas into market‑ready offerings across IoT, 5G, edge and related technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test new solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across regions to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
• Propose technical architecture and solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Participate in Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and deliver customer pilot projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and partners.
• Incubate solutions from early‑stage exploration through scaling.
• Provide technical support during incubation and pilot phases.
• Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation.

Required profile

• Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Network Engineering or a related field.
• Solid professional experience in mobile or network technologies, preferably in design, integration or validation roles.
• Ability to work autonomously, take initiative and explore new technologies.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with international, cross‑functional teams.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
