UI/UX Designer – Flexible 3‑day Week

About the role

JMD Design seeks a creative UI/UX Designer to shape intuitive, visually appealing digital experiences. This short‑term, part‑time position offers a flexible three‑day work week, including possible weekends, in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into improved user journeys.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to implement designs.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive design system for consistent branding.
• Apply typography, layout, color, and brand guidelines across all screens.
• Optimize interfaces based on usability testing and feedback.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of UI/UX design experience or a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Solid understanding of responsive design and user‑centered principles.
• Familiarity with usability and accessibility standards.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with Webflow or WordPress.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
