Digital Creative Designer

About the role

The Digital Creative Designer will craft and adapt high‑quality digital assets for a variety of campaign formats and online channels. Working within Publicis Production’s EMEA Hub, you will ensure visual consistency and production‑ready output across social media, display, email/CRM, website, landing pages, and other digital touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt digital assets for multiple platforms, including social, display, CRM/email, website, and landing pages.
• Develop designs that align with brand guidelines, creative direction, and specific project requirements.
• Resize and repurpose master creatives while maintaining visual quality and consistency.
• Support the creation of master layouts and digital design systems when needed.
• Prepare final assets with correct dimensions, formats, naming conventions, and export settings.
• Incorporate feedback from Creative Leads, Project Managers, clients, and internal stakeholders efficiently.
• Manage multiple production tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with copywriters, project managers, and digital production teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Participate in creative reviews, project kick‑offs, and brainstorming sessions.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented designer with strong design execution skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across deliverables.
• Awareness of digital formats and platform requirements.
• Capacity to handle multiple deliverables under deadline pressure.
• Proactive collaborator who can work independently with minimal supervision.
