About the role

Valuex is expanding its valuation team in Mauritius and seeks a motivated Valuation Assistant. The role offers hands‑on experience in property valuation, supporting senior valuers and contributing to accurate market assessments. The assistant will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that valuation reports meet regulatory standards and client expectations. This position provides a solid foundation for a career in real estate valuation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections to gather relevant data.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of valuation assignments.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Real Estate, Valuation, Building & Construction, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities and report‑writing skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
