About the role
Valuex is expanding its valuation team in Mauritius and seeks a motivated Valuation Assistant. The role offers hands‑on experience in property valuation, supporting senior valuers and contributing to accurate market assessments. The assistant will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that valuation reports meet regulatory standards and client expectations. This position provides a solid foundation for a career in real estate valuation.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct property inspections to gather relevant data.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of valuation assignments.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in Real Estate, Valuation, Building & Construction, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Strong analytical abilities and report‑writing skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Valid driving licence is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
