About the role
The Head of Operations will lead the commercial and operational activities of Pam Golding Mauritius, driving sales performance, business development and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day commercial and operational functions of the business.
- Focus on sales performance, development sales, marketing and revenue growth.
- Identify new development opportunities, secure mandates, launch projects and drive them to successful sales outcomes.
- Engage directly with deals and developer relationships while establishing structure, accountability and operating rhythm across the organisation.
