Analyst – Corporate Solutions

About the role

The Analyst – Corporate Solutions will support Apex Group’s fund administration and middle‑office services from our Ebene office in Mauritius. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate record‑keeping, statutory compliance and high‑quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain proper records in line with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Organise directors/shareholders meetings, prepare board papers and verify meeting minutes.
• Prepare accounts, tax computations and liaise with auditors.
• Ensure client deliverables are accurate and of high quality.
• Handle certification, notarisation, apostille and consularisation of documents.
• Manage bank account activities, including openings, transfers and bank liaison.
• Produce statutory accounts with all required disclosures.
• File annual returns, APS returns, PAYE, TDS, VAT and Indian tax returns on time.
• Address tax queries from authorities and clients.
• Submit filings to FSC, ROC and other statutory bodies.
• Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) in line with AML regulations.
• Coordinate and monitor the work of team members.

Required profile

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in the global business sector or an audit firm.
• University degree or substantial progress toward ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Strong client‑service mindset with good written and spoken communication.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills; goal‑oriented team player.
• Quick learner who can adapt to a dynamic work environment.
