Treasury Analyst

About the role

HFM, an internationally recognised multi‑asset broker, is expanding its finance team and seeks a driven Treasury Analyst. You will be responsible for monitoring cash positions, managing payments, and supporting the company’s working‑capital and foreign‑exchange activities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily bank balances and produce cash‑position reports.
• Maintain short‑ and medium‑term cash‑flow forecasts.
• Prepare supplier, salary, tax and other payments for approval, ensuring proper documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.
• Record banking transactions, facilities, loans, deposits and related charges.
• Coordinate with banks on transfers, account administration, FX transactions and queries.
• Monitor upcoming financial obligations to guarantee sufficient funds.
• Assist in managing working capital and foreign‑currency exposure.
• Prepare treasury schedules and reports for management and auditors.
• Maintain controls over online banking access and payment processes.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in treasury, accounting or a similar finance role.
• Experience with accounting and online banking systems.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict payment deadlines.
• Good organisational and time‑management skills; ability to work independently and collaborate with finance, banks and other stakeholders.

• Microsoft Excel (formulas, reconciliations, data analysis)
